Music Manual

The first part of research I completed was about staffing and health and safety. Below I have attached my initial thoughts on the two topics along with some research also. It is important to understand what jobs you might need to hire your staff for and what exactly they will have to be doing on the event itself. Secondly, health and safety is a massive part of running an event because it can effect so many people if something were to go wrong, especially if the correct precautions were not safely in place.

This is my manual for running a music event in the aid of our RSL Level 3 Music Course. On this blog I will be uploading information to help me understand what the requirements are of managing a music event. I will be looking closely at 7 different topics ranging from marketing the event and the health and safety assessments that will be required.
